Conference App
The conference app “IAGG-ER 2019” is available to download for Apple devices and Android devices. The app contains a lot of useful general information, technical programme, my schedule and much more. Once downloaded, a lot of the information is available in the app offline.

There is free wifi in the conference venue.

Delegate coffee & lunch breaks 
Coffee & lunch is included in the conference registration and will be held in the following places and times:

Thursday May 23rd in the exhibition area

– coffee 10:15-10:45: Coffee/tea and pumpkin roll with chees
– lunch 12:00-13:00: Lime and parsley-baked salmon with creamy potatoes, mangetout, pepper, lemon, pickled cucumber and fennel
– coffee 15:10-15:50: Coffee/tea and chocolate square

Friday May 25th in the exhibition area

– coffee 09:45-10:30:Coffee/tea and rye roll with cheese
– lunch 11:45-12:45: BBQ-marinated chicken, shredded cabbage, parsley, cucumber, cauliflower, bean sprouts, deep-fried shallot and feta cheese dressing
– coffee 14:50-15:35: Coffee/tea and cherry cake

Saturday May 26th in the exhibition area

– coffee 09:45-10:30: Coffee/tea and pumpkin roll with cheese
– lunch 11:45-12:45: Herb-marinated wheat berries, baby spinach, lollo rosso, sliced raw beets and crumbled goat’s cheese, honey dressing, salt-roasted seeds and parsley

The Exhibition will take place in Hall H. The conference participants have automatically access to the exhibition.

Exhibition opening hours is during conference hours.

Onsite Registration 
The Conference Registration desk is located in entrance number 8 at Svenska Mässan. You do not need to register for the exhibition as the Conference badge gives you full access to it.

To collect your badge onsite you need to bring the email confirmation (electronically in the phone works fine) or the text message that has been sent to you in advance, containing the bar code that you will be scanning in the self-service desks in the registration area. Delegate badges must be worn at all times to gain access to the conference sessions, exhibition and social events. Please note that we cannot replace lost badges.

There are cloakroom facilities in the registration area. The organisers cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of their personal property howsoever caused.

Other useful information
Messages A message board is available in the conference are in the Congress Foyer to leave messages to their colleagues and friends.

Currency & ATM Machine 
The currency in Sweden is the Swedish Krona (kr) / SEK. The venue has an ATM Machine located by the main entrance number 5. Some places do not accept cash, credit card is the most common way to pay in Sweden.

First Aid 
There is a paramedic in the venue. In case of medical need, please come to the onsite registration desk or go to the Exhibitor Service Desk and we will help you. If medical emergency please call 112.

No smoking policy
According to Swedish law, smoking is prohibited inside any building, venue, hotels, busses, etc. Smoking is only allowed at open-air zones.

Lost-and-Found will be collected in the registration desk.

The Organisers cannot be held responsible for accidents to participants or for damage to or loss of their personal property howsoever caused.
